Stop overthinking and do something about it! This is what I always say to my friends, family and of course myself . if we look at the problems and find the solutions for them we will move forward otherwise sitting in a bedroom and overthinking things would not only do you no good but will also cause you problems, sometimes it does more harm than help. Don’t get me wrong I 100% agree with THINKING but at the same time OVERTHINKING is the issue, for finding solutions to our problems we need to think but the question is how much thinking is healthy?
over the years of being in a relationship and working I understand that every things come from our own mind and overdoing things just made them worse, if you have a problem which concerns actions you need to stand up think and do something!
